The Company was incorporated on 11th January, 1989 under the name and style of Phyto Chem (India) Private Limited, and later the Company has been converted into a Public Limited Company and obtained fresh Certificate of Registration under the name of Phyto Chem (India) Limited on 22nd May, 1992 vide Certificate of Incorporation No:01-9500 Dated 11/01/1989 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh.
